Welcome to the Heathbridge Practice

A warm welcome to the Heathbridge Practice website.

At the Heathbridge Practice we constantly strive to deliver an excellent standard of care to all our patients. We provide a wide range of GP services in modern, accessible premises, whilst retaining the essential values of a community based family practice. Our clinical team consists of nine doctors, five nurses and a health care assistant. We are supported by an excellent administrative team of reception staff, practice manager and assistant practice manager.

  • Childhood Immunisations

    Is your child protected?

    Measles cases
    Wandsworth's Director of Public Health is encouraging parents to protect their children against measles by having the MMR vaccine, after an increase in number of cases locally. To find out more visit www.wandsworth.nhs.uk

  • NHS Health Check

    If you are aged between 40+74, and have not been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease (including diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, hypertension or a stroke) you will be eligible for a free NHS Health Check.

    Make an appointment with our Health Care Assistant.
