Welcome to the Heathbridge Practice

A warm welcome to the Heathbridge Practice website.

At the Heathbridge Practice we constantly strive to deliver an excellent standard of care to all our patients. We provide a wide range of GP services in modern, accessible premises, whilst retaining the essential values of a community based family practice. Our clinical team consists of nine doctors, four nurses and two health care assistants. We are supported by an excellent administrative team of reception staff, practice manager and support team.

Patient Access is now available as an app for your mobile device, so now you can access your local GP services on the move, as long as you have a connection to the internet.

What's more, because Patient Access is a 24 hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night.

Heathbridge Travel Clinics: your journey starts here!

  • Pre travel assessments + planning based on your individual itinerary
  • Full travel service for registered patients (certified Yellow Fever Centre also for non-registered patients)
  • Anti-malarial advice and prescriptions
  • Very competitive rates for those vaccinations we are unable to provide on the NHS

Please book your appointment at least 4-6 weeks in advance.

NHS Health Check

If you are aged between 40+74, and have not been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease (including diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, hypertension or a stroke) you will be eligible for a free NHS Health Check.
