About Heathbridge Practice
At Heathbridge Practice we constantly strive to deliver an excellent standard of care to all our patients. We provide a wide range of GP services in modern, accessible premises, whilst retaining the essential values of a community based family practice.
Our clinical team consists of doctors, nurses, physician assistants, healthcare assistants, first contact practitioners, mental health support worker, pharmacists and social prescribers. We are complemented by an excellent administrative team of practice manager, patient liaison and reception team, and support team.
