We take complaints seriously because they highlight where we need to do better.  But compliments matter just as much. They show us what’s working—what people notice, value, and appreciate. That kind of feedback helps us understand where we’re meeting expectations or even exceeding them, so we can keep building on what’s effective.

When someone takes the time to share a positive experience, it helps us recognise the people and efforts behind it. It motivates the team, reinforces good practices, and gives us real insight into what matters to our patients.
