Hi, I’m Andraya, your local Digital Care Coordinator for Heathbridge Practice and Wandsworth. I’m here to help you get the most from NHS digital tools, including the NHS App.

I run regular drop-in sessions here at the practice where you can get friendly, one-to-one support to:

• Download and set up the NHS App
• Access your health records securely
• Order repeat prescriptions online
• Book appointments more easily
• Learn about other digital health resources

My goal is to make sure everyone in our community feels confident and included when it comes to managing their healthcare online. Whether you’re brand new to using smartphones or just have a quick question, I’m here to help.

NHS App Support Clinic at Heathbridge Practice

Andraya Catlyn, Digital Care Co-ordinator from South West London Integrated Care System, visits Heathbridge Practice on the first Tuesday of every month to run a 1-to-1 NHS App support clinic.

If you have questions about the NHS App or need help using it, you can book a support appointment with her.

Clinic times:

• 12:00pm to 2:30pm
• 4:15pm to 5:50pm

Each session lasts about 15 minutes, but you're welcome to book a double appointment if you’d like more time.

Extra support available: If you’re on Income Support or a low income, please let Andraya know—you may be eligible for a free SIM card with talk time and data for 12 months.
