Dr Bridget Luo is a GP with over 20 years of clinical experience, combining conventional medical training with additional expertise in integrative and lifestyle medicine.
Following graduation from St George's Medical School, London, she completed basic surgical rotations in the Midlands and a Master's in Surgical Education at Imperial College London, before transitioning into general practice for its depth of relationships and continuity of care.
Dr Bridget Luo is an active Fellow of the National Centre for Integrative Medicine, and further trained in nutrigenomics, coaching, and a range of complementary approaches including breathwork, meditation, and Gua sha. Her aim is to offer patients a broader toolkit — using evidence-based lifestyle and integrative approaches alongside standard medical care.
