Supporting older people to live well, stay connected and access local support
We are pleased to be working with a range of local health, community and voluntary sector organisations to deliver our Age Well Together Event for residents of Putney and Roehampton.
This event reflects the principles of the Government's 10 Year Health Plan and the move towards more neighbourhood-based healthcare, bringing together health services, community organisations and local residents to improve access to support closer to home.
We are delighted that several organisations have already confirmed their attendance, including Age UK Wandsworth, Talk Wandsworth, Wandsworth Care Alliance, Wandsworth Carer Centre and other local partners. The event will provide an opportunity for residents to learn about services available in their local area, access advice and information, and meet organisations that can support health, wellbeing, independence and social connection.

The event has been developed in partnership with Primary Care, community organisations and the voluntary sector, recognising the important role that collaborative working plays in supporting older people, people living with frailty, carers and their families. By working together, we can help residents access the right support at the right time and maintain their independence within their local community.
Get Involved
The event is free to attend and open to all local residents. Registration details will be published shortly.
Although attendance is free, we encourage residents to register in advance. This will help us understand expected attendance numbers and ensure that we can plan the event effectively to provide the best possible experience for everyone.
Organisations
If your organisation would like to participate in the event, showcase local services, or support residents through information, advice or activities, we would be delighted to hear from you. Please contact us using the details below to express your interest.
We look forward to welcoming residents and partners from across Putney and Roehampton to this exciting community event and working together to help people age well and live independently.
