Heathbridge Practice Flu Clinic & PPG Volunteer Call
Flu Clinic Date: Friday, 3rd October
- 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:30pm to 5:30pm
- Special Guest: Wandsworth Carers’ Centre — pop-up stand from 10am to 1pm
Who Can Attend the Flu Clinic:

- Living with certain long-term health conditions
- Pregnant
- The main carer for an older or disabled person (or receiving a carer’s allowance)

We Need Volunteers
We’re looking for patient volunteers to help on the day:
- Manage the queue
- Promote the PPG event and activities
- Encourage patients to sign the petition to save Queen Mary Hospital
- Spot patients who are not using the NHS App
Rachael from the Heathbridge admin team will be there to help patients with the NHS App, but she’ll need an extra pair of hands. We also need someone to support the Wandsworth Carers’ Centre stand.
What We Want to Achieve
- Identify potential carers
- Support patients to navigate our online portal and use the NHS App
- Raise awareness of our Patient Participation Group (PPG)
- Encourage higher attendance at our next PRIME PPG event in November
If you’re available, we’d appreciate your help! Please send us your details, mention that you’d like to support the mass flu clinic, and let us know what times you are able to help on Friday, 3rd October.
