NHS England has launched an official NHS WhatsApp Channel to share trusted health information directly with the public.
The channel will provide short, visual messages on:
- public health campaigns (e.g. flu, COVID-19)
- health alerts and seasonal advice
- key NHS updates and announcements
- myth-busting and fact-checking content.
