NHS App Support Clinic at Heathbridge Practice
Andraya Catlyn, Digital Care Co-ordinator from South West London Integrated Care System, visits Heathbridge Practice on the first Tuesday of every month to run a 1-to-1 NHS App support clinic.
If you have questions about the NHS App or need help using it, you can book a support appointment with her.
Clinic times:
- 12:00pm to 2:30pm
- 4:15pm to 5:50pm
Each session lasts about 15 minutes, but you're welcome to book a double appointment if you’d like more time.
Extra support available: If you’re on Income Support or a low income, please let Andraya know—you may be eligible for a free SIM card with talk time and data for 12 months.

Power to Connect (Wandsworth-based)
Power to Connect is a local organisation supporting digital inclusion in Wandsworth. They offer:
- Free digital skills support
- Community workshops at local libraries
- Refurbished devices for eligible residents
They’re a great referral option for patients who would benefit from hands-on digital help.
Learn My Way – Digital Skills Platform
Run by the Good Things Foundation, Learn My Way is an online platform designed to help people build digital confidence.
Patients can access:
- NHS-approved tutorials and health-related guides
- Step-by-step instructions for using the NHS App and other digital tools
- Content available in multiple languages
Practices can signpost patients to this resource for self-directed learning.
Good Things Foundation – Digital Inclusion Network
This national network supports practices in bridging the digital divide through access to free mobile data and devices.
As a registered Digital Inclusion Hub, your practice can:
- Distribute free SIM cards through the National Databank
- Apply for refurbished devices via the Device Bank
- Access training and resources to support digital access
This is a powerful way for practices and PCNs to offer sustainable, long-term digital inclusion support.
